Amends article 6 section 5

6:5
No person shall be eligible to the office of senator or representative who as of the last date provided law for filing for office is not a citizen of the United States, twenty-five years of age, a qualified voter in the district from which the person is chosen, a resident of the state for three consecutive years, and a resident of the district from which the person is elected for six consecutive months. No person elected to the office of senator or representative shall continue to serve in that office after ceasing to be a resident of the district from which elected.
