Though most people are thinking about who will win the presidency in 2008, the U.S. House elections may also be dramatic. Curious how the next House elections will turn out? Political scientists have found that much of the aggregate swing in House elections results can be predicted based on the president's approval rating and economic growth rates (learn why).
