Introducing KB Notify Admin, a plugin for administrators of WP-MU blogs. Drop this plugin into your mu-plugins folder if you would like to receive an email notification whenever somebody creates a new blog on your WPMU site.

. But by using my plugin instead of the hack, you don’t have to modify any core files, which makes upgrading easier.
