Plugin updates for WP 2.5

I’ve just tested all my plugins in the beta version of WordPress 2.5. They will all continue to work in 2.5 when it gets released next week or so. I did make a couple minor changes to some of my plugins. You should update to the newest versions before upgrading to 2.5.

I downloaded your KB plugin for the new Wordpress (2.5) that just came out yesterday. It is not linking all the key words in a post that I tell it to link. It seems to be only linking one word per blog post instead of multiple words.

Then I installed it on a older version of Wordpress just to test and it works fine and will link to multiple words per post.

Just thought I would let you know. Thanks! :)

Dang, I didn’t notice that while testing in 2.5. Unfortunately, I’ve got a new quarter starting this week at the university, so it may be a little bit until I can look at what changed.

Hey I figured it out. You had posted in the WP forum [link] it was because I was using the same URL more then once on the keywords. I’m go test it out now with putting in $content = preg_replace( … , … , $content);

Thank you again. :)!

Yea I saw that post as well, but it looks like the string that you search for is changed a bit with the new update.

I installed it on two installs of wordpress. It didn’t work on either. It loads, but when you click to take the survey it loads the home page.

Then, on my development install is the default with no permalink rewrite (Not my idea I’m the admin on what was a disaster)

I changed permalinks to day and name, and the survey works perfectly. I can’t change the permalink setting on my public wordpress install.

Is there a code fix that would allow surveys to work with default permalink settings ?

I really need a good survey plugin and yours is the only good one I’ve found (multi-question). If there’s a fix it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Mike

The above message is for KB Survey. I wrote the comment for the contact form, it had a subject field - I put KB Survey, it told me to post plugin questions here, I cut and pasted without the subject. Oops.

Thanks
